3.1 Phillip Lim x Target: Experience + Oufit

Yes, I was one of those girls who stood in line for the new collection to come out on Sunday. The 3.1 Phillip Lim xTarget collection to be exact. A little surprised that so many girls were waiting in line, about 35 of us anxiously awaiting for a sales associate to open those doors. While I wasn't the first in line (can ya believe it?!) I asked the lady who was, how long she's been here and she said 5:45am ( I was still sound asleep, she's a trooper.) This  def a pre-black friday experience. Some people ran up the aisle and started taking not one but multiples of everything. I stood there dumbfounded for a couple seconds, I got what needed sure but I wanted to look at the clothes too, ya know?! Honestly, though I was really only there for the bags as I am sure everyone else was, and luckily ended up getting 4. Eep! (Major damage)

Since I had no luck finding any clothing and online was/is sold out. My sweet boyfriend went out his way after work to stop by at a Target and got me this awesome sweater and a dress. Plus, I also called a girlfriend to get me a skirt that was just my size and put it on hold ;)

I promise to show you all the items ASAP!

I am so thankful today is Friday! I am in dire need of relaxation.

It has been crazy adjusting going back to school, I have to keep positive because I have a year left! Woohoo!

This weather has got to go! It's way to hot, if you know by now I am never happy with the weather. lol

Lacey Sweet

Hello everyone hope everyone is having a fabulous day. I am feeling more refreshed this week since I started to work out or at least attempting to, I am one of those girls who expect results within a day and give up quite easily, I hope this time around I try to not give up. Do any of you know of a great place to do Zumba or Pilates,please let me know. 

I know I'm totally off topic, when I should be talking about how much I love this look, so simple and sweet. I love the two different textures together.

Put A Bow On It

 I am finally showcasing my birthday shoes; yes my birthday was a couple months ago. I also know I should have shown you all as soon as I had gotten them but I just never got around to it (WHOOPS!). I have to say these are probably my most treasured heels thus far, for many obvious reasons. Made by Kate Spade, the gold bow detail, and the mint tone… need I say more?     

Btw if you are eying these printed floral shorts? >Run< to your local H&M, LITERALLY because they were only 10 dollars. Definite steal and the quality is pretty good.

Polka Dots+Tiffany Blue Hunters

I don't even know where to start with these rain boots, the truth of the matter is that everyone should have a pair, period. I am so happy with all 3 pairs I have. Yup 3! Its a bit out of control that I think I need so many rain boots but its so hard to just have a pair when they come in the prettiest colors. As you all know Tiffany blue is one of my favorite colors and I just had to get these. Don't think they are just for show because they do come handy and are very durable and comfortable or else I wouldn't be tempting you buy some Hunter Boots. ;)

Coral+White

I have been feeling the pink tones quite a lot this week especially pairing it with white,do you see a pattern yet? Well, it only means that summer is just around the corner(I hope) We're having bipolar weather here in Chicago, anybody else? White jeans are the best ever, second to my favorite pixie pants. You can mix and match and it will look great, its the best summer neutral.

High-Low Outfit

Happy Monday! I had a lovely weekend spending it with my family and my boyfriend, we celebrated my mom's birthday on Sunday. Sadly,Sundays right now mark the day where Charlie goes back to the Navy base. 

For the busy body that I was I needed comfortable shoes and I found them, I love the two-tone neutrals and the chunky heel for support. These sandals make the must have list for summer essentials. 

Weekend Wear

It was fantastic having a long weekend, I honestly think we should always have more than two days of relaxation. I even had time to reorganized a few drawers, get a shoe rack (yes, the 10-tier one from The Container Store). You're probably thinking why would you wanna spend your weekend like that!? Well, little do you all know, my room is the size of a closet and I had clothes all over the place....overall not very pretty! :)

Anyway, what I am trying to get at is that it was chilly and I was running errands and doing chores so I chose something super laid back and comfy, I wanted to show you all it's not always glam!

Finally Friday

Mother nature you have left me speechless, I woke up this morning went out that door into lower 50 degree weather. I am sure that many including me aren't too happy about this! But on the bright side this weekend is a 3 day one so yay!

I will be enjoying it with friends and family, I also hope I can do a little shopping since there are some sales going on like Nordstrom’s half yearly sale or maybe I will score a great deal at J.crew. Let me know what you’re planning to do and if you know any more deals!
