Take Me to Spring

Spring can't get here any sooner, I am ready to wear flats and heels and light jackets and not worry about snow, sleet, ice, you name it. With all the Spring arrivals flooding into stores, I can't help but get excited, especially for this coat! I am seriously debating on justifying it as a early birthday present. ;)

Hope everyone has a great weekend, mine will spent trying a new restaurant, I heard Girl and the Goat is delicious.& of course I'll also be doing some homework and some errands throughout the weekend.

I may or may have not already gotten some goodies from this post!  I couldn't help it with new arrivals tempting me with Spring, what better way than to start prepping accessories and staples for the wardrobe. I am obsessed with those cheetah print espadrilles. I am debating whether to get them now or later, although I probably won't be able to wear them until the snow melts! (Bummer!)

The weekend is finally here, got lots to do. Especially taking down the Christmas tree and getting my eyes checked! (Sadly, I am sorta blind)

There's those days where I just want to lounge all day and drink some hot tea, catch up with some of my favorite blogs and watch 'How I met your mother'. Seriously, such a funny show, it's on Netflix so get to it! 

I love wearing chunky cardigans and comfy shoes and the fact that they are glittery makes them even better! I am so glad the weekend is finally here!

Be Bright

The year has come to an end and I couldn't feel anymore blessed. I'm in good health and have been surrounded by family & friends throughout the year. & as the new year approaches, goals and dreams start to arise. Honestly, it makes me happy to see many of us with the hope of change or to better ourselves because that's really what life is about. I hope 2014 is a great year for all of you, and I thank you for the comments, questions and support each of you  give me, it means the world to me. 

The future is looking quite bright for all of us!

Shopping Treat

It started to rain, and I had no umbrella. Hence the squinty eyes! 

Last weekend I made some major damage and got a few things at the Kate Spade store, seriously sales are so deadly sometimes. I just went in there to look, I swear! & also I either have completely brainwashed my boyfriend or have taught him well. He was justifying that everything I got was good deal! I ended up getting a new case/cover for my Mac, as well as these girly loafers and last but not least adding one more perfume to my collection!

Weekend Wear

Alright, showcasing yet another find from the Phillip Lim x Target collection. Have you had enough yet? These babies were literally the first to fly off the shelfs, I hesitated on the color at first but just grabbed it anyway and I'm glad I did. 

 Also, let me just say how comfy these pants are! Literally, worthy enough to sleep in, I wonder if Asos carries them in black?

Put A Bow On It

 I am finally showcasing my birthday shoes; yes my birthday was a couple months ago. I also know I should have shown you all as soon as I had gotten them but I just never got around to it (WHOOPS!). I have to say these are probably my most treasured heels thus far, for many obvious reasons. Made by Kate Spade, the gold bow detail, and the mint tone… need I say more?     

Btw if you are eying these printed floral shorts? >Run< to your local H&M, LITERALLY because they were only 10 dollars. Definite steal and the quality is pretty good.

Spring Forward

I know it's no excuse to have left my blog for so long,  I definitely hibernated for the season. Cold weather and I don't mix very well, but I am back nonetheless (better late then never). Bring on the Brights: Use some neutral clothing pieces in your wardrobe to pair up with that one fab bright color, it levels the colors in the outfit. Giving you that punch of color without seeming you're in wrong season! ;)

Holiday drinks at Starbucks, the tree at Macy's and the holiday gift sets are out. I can't help but think of being festive already. Feelin Under The Weather.

Let's just say this week has been a handful. & it doesn't help that I got sick. Well, when I get sick, all I wanna do is stay under some blankets and drink some hot tea. But that's not happening for this college kid.
