Happy Friday! The weekend has finally arrived, time to relax and rest this weekend. Charlie and I will be attempting to cook these whole three days, we shall see how that works! What will you be doing this weekend?

Holiday drinks at Starbucks, the tree at Macy's and the holiday gift sets are out. I can't help but think of being festive already. I have my heart set on creamy whites and deep reds with a dash of gold and some black to make my wardrobe  all complete. I have been eyeing these items with Christmas in mind!

Deceitful Weather.

Before I left to class today, I checked the weather.... a clear 70 Degree day. I thought perfect weather for a scarf and a nude thin cardigan, as you can tell by the pictures the cardigan was out of the question!! It was so hot and it was unbearable to keep my cardi on, unless I wanted to toast. 

I kept the scarf on for two reasons, it was the pop of color for my outfit and two; the material the scarf is made of is linen, made to wear for weather like this!

Last night, the boyfriend and I went to Lincoln Park for dinner, I decided to wear something super casual since it was only Tuesday. The first thing I got when I was getting my outfit ready were the shoes, so I based it off on that. :)

Shopping On Fifth Ave.

Need I say more? I had a great day shopping, although my wallet thinks otherwise. But I can't help it plus I have to give myself some credit, I did an ok job trying to save... (I could have saved more) but I had to bend the rules at times. 

I loved it all,  I was so excited I was able to go to Tiffany's and Bergdorfs Goodman . I am going home a very very happy girl!

Start Spreading the News, I'm Leaving Today.

I have headed out to New York City! & this here is my traveling outfit, I have chosen a loosely-fitted dress with a  scarf and some comfy Sperrys! 

I have also put some new music in my ipod and have some magazines to read. 

I cannot wait to be in the city that never sleeps, let the fun begin. I will have many pictures to show upon my arrival!
