Madewell Denim Road Trip: Chicago

Hey lovelies, so this last saturday, I attended the Madewell Denim road trip and let me just tell you it was great fun! 

The girls there greeted and welcomed you to their airstream where they had clothes and a denim bar to try on the soft and comfy jeans.

 I'll take one of each please!  :)

 They also had a braid bar and of course I took full advantage of that!

 However, since I couldn't take everything with me. They told me, they had this contest where if you found a golden ticket, you would get a 100 dollar gift card. I decided to go and find it... and I found it! It was by the Marilyn Monroe statue on Michigan Ave.!! I was sooo happy it made my weekend. & I know where I will be shopping!

Obessed:Tory Burch

So usually when I know I'm obsessed with getting a pair of shoes, I start to see them everywhere, I search them online or in Bloomingdales and just dream. Not only that but to the point to where my own boyfriend knows it's Tory Burch when he sees it! 

It's time I get my hands on a pair or four...? HMM if only. However, I can only dream right? Well these are a few that I really like and of course it's mainly the classic Reva Flats.

I plan to save money, so I can get two pair in summer when I hopefully go to New York, that's right New York! I am excited but I have to stop shopping so I can do that! It will be such a challenge but I can do it.

Comfyness at its best!

It's been a hair tying no make up kinda week. (I know shame on me!) But I like letting my skin breath for a little. 

Cannot wait for this week to go by. I am very excited to post more often in the summer! I also have many things to share with you all. Like going to the Madewell event on Saturday, as well as picking up or receiving online purchases I have made! Overall it's been a good mid-week.

Just Peachy

It's Monday, as you all know I am in college and this is my last week before summer break. So...as a college student, I am freaking out about FINALS. So if at any time I don't post you all know why!

The weather has been in the 50's still, and gosh darn it I want to wear shorts! But it will have to wait, I don't want to freeze. 

So I will stick to my blazers and jeans :)

Chill Day

So today, is a relax day. No homework...no studying...until tomorrow that is. Today has consisted of waking up "late" and eating breakfast (usually I don't eat breakfast) so it was nice waking up and doing it. Later on today, my boyfriend and I are going to see "The Lucky One" I cannot wait to see it because first, HELLO my second boyfriend Zac Efron is in it!!

  You cannot resist that face. :)

I am not sure what else we will be doing today, but my boyfriend better have something in mind! 

Oh and I almost forgot the second reason why I wanna see this movie ( I was memsmorized by Zac's hottnes) It's the book behind the movie. Have I read it? No, but I have read Dear John and some of The Notebook. It's Nicholas Sparks, I am sure he will make me cry, as usually with all the other movies! 

 Anyone else going to the movies this weekend?

All Up Close & Personal w/ LC

SO here is the 411, we had a great night! It was really fun. Finally met one of my style icons and it was the best feeling ever. I was actually quite nervous but to think she is just some regular human being with fame...and fortune but still nonetheless we are the same... lol Anyways, I was in #340 in line. I know PATHETIC, not to mention it was sauna waiting inside the bookstore. But all was worth it! She is so sweet and she took the time to talk to everyone and sign whatever it was you had that was in her book series. 

However, the highlight of the night was when she complimented my little sister's design! Angie is 12 year old with a passion for fashion as her older sister. I almost cried because of it, I know many good things will come her way especially having a knack for fashion so young!

She is so pretty. :)

Aha well if so, you are correct. 

She will be a bookstore in Naperville promoting her new book The Fame Game. 

I wasn't always a fan because I wasn't into the whole Laguna Beach and I also missed half the seasons of The Hills. The whole reality show thing didn't appeal to me until watching it one day when I had nothing else to see. I became obsessed, I was so jealous of Audrina's hair and Lauren's clothes. She went from t's and jeans kinda girl with drama to a style icon. Anyways, I am excited to see what Lauren's book has in store.

Now the thing is what am I going to wear?

 Gasp* these satchels are too cute! So last week I went to Bloomingdales and I saw the Cambridge Satchels. Let me just tell you it was love at first sight. My boyfriend thought I was crazy because 1) these are way bright (no lie) 2) I had instantly grabbed 2 and wanted to buy them at that very moment! However, he is my voice of reasoning and leveled me back to the solid cold ground. But still, days later, here I am drooling over these! I just can't over it. One day it will be mine (hoping very soon)

So it has been raining a lot especially over the weekend. On sunday, the temperature was a high of 80 degrees but of course it rained most of the day. I decided to wear this since I have had it since January, and really wanted to wear it! So rain or shine this maxi skirt looks good. :)

Where Is The Warm Weather?

So here's the thing..it's April...and we are still in the lower 50's...I was expecting the weather to be a little warmer.This was yesterday's outfit..thankfully the sweater was warm and I thought I would incorporate a bit of spring with the color and scarf. 

I am always about the comfort especially when I go to school
